Summary: It is a great hotel. Especially the Staffs. Very hospitable and professional. As I always mention, Visitors can easily see Location, Class, cost and amenities on ads but they will never know the quality of Staff without reading customers reviews and feedback. I would recommend this one. Cheers.

Summary: Great small hotel, spacious clean room with great A/C, good wifi, complimentary water and toiletries and nice en-suite with hot water. Staff was extremely nice, always willing to assist, even got a personal welcome note (hand-written!) on the bed upon arrival.Such a nice touch! Not much to do around the hotel, though it seems like a safe area, but it's very easy to get to downtown. Used Grab Taxi App (the local Uber) to get around the city and from the airport (much cheaper and more reliable than local taxi).Overall a great stay, excellent VFM!

Summary: This is a fantastic place - basically brand new. The staff is professional and extremely helpful and nice. The location next to the lake is also great - you can get there in five minutes. It is nice to watch the sunset and go for a walk. I recommend the Rose Hill Hotel highly.
